In September 2014, Joris and Maxime started NOVI Gran Caffè. "We’re originally from Hengelo and Borne and were initially looking for a location there. In hindsight, we are very glad we chose Enschede. Here, on the Oude Markt, we’ve been able to establish the concept we believe in, together with our team. The dearest one to us? Our son! He’s now 4 years old, and to him, dad is the chef and mom is the waitress. When he grows up, he wants to be both a chef and a police officer!
