It's time to have some winter fun again at the ice skating rink at the Oude Markt from the 29th of November 2024 until the 5th of January 2025. This year we combine the 'gezelligheid' of Enschede with coldness and a variety of activities. Get creative, eat good food, go curling, or join the Friday disco.
The Enschedees Schaatscafé at the Oude Markt is the place to be this winter. Drink a hot chocolate in the cafe, get the skates ready, and see whether the talent is in you! Entrance is €5,- and the skates can be rented for €2,50.
Ice skating is possible every day from 9:30h to 22:00h, from November 29, 2024 until January 5 2025.*

- Costs: Entrance is €5,- and ice skates can be rented for €2,50
*Mind you: first and second Christmas day, New Years Eve- and day, the rink is open until 18.00.

On November 29 & 30 Sinterklaas will come to the skating rink. Will you come and give him a hand between 15:00 and 17:00 hour?
Winter PubQuiz with Let's Quiz
Wel klook is, heurt één woord en begrip der twee! On Wednesday, December 4, teams will compete against each other for an Enschedees Schaatscafé Bockbier during this fun pubquiz. A team consists of a maximum of five people and the registration fee is €12,50 per team (excluding service costs).
Curling Tournament
Wat nen boer nich kent dat spöllte nich! But we can teach you through play. This year they will have the curling stones ready and we will compete for the Enschedees Schaatscafé Championship. Will you follow in the footsteps of last year's winner? Register now with your soccer team, friends or colleagues. Team registrations are already open and spots are limited. Apres Ski Music Bingo
Play and evening of music bingo with the theme: Apres Ski. Rigters Beer will be present this evening with a special bar full of different special beers. In short, a fun evening you'll want to attend! Participation costs €7,50 for two rounds of bingo. The winner of each round will receive three bottles of Schaatsbock (0,75 l). Sign up!
Christmas afternoon
Komt d'r in, dan kö-j d'r oet kieken. Will you come and celebrate Christmas afternoon at the ice rink this year? In cooperation with Twentenannies you can come and enjoy a beer or wine in the Enschedees Schaatscafé, while your children (4 to 12 years) are entertained. The sale starts on November 11 at 09:00 a.m. Be quick for the tickets!
